Knoogle Project

The Knoogle project is a matchmaking and brokerage framework for Web Services and GridSAM instances. Knoogle is funded by the OMII-UK commissioned software programe.

Knoogle is currently integrated with existing OMII middleware, and utilises other OMII software such as Grimoires, GridSAM and Taverna.

This is achieved by exposing a generic, flexible framework that supports user customization through the use of plug-in components, that are themselves web services, to provide the functionality of matching operations and service ranking.
